Alisha Cortez joined Salem in 2014 as our Accounting Clerk. Mrs. Cortez serves in the Accounts Receivable position for both the Church and School.
Mrs. Cortez attended Fullerton J.C. in 2003 and has more recently completed her training in Human Resources in 2013. She has over 10 years of experience in the accounting, payroll, and human resources fields.
When reflecting on her favorite scripture, she is reminded of the journey life has been and how in different seasons of life she has had many favorite scriptures. One that she holds firmly to is Deuteronomy 31:6: Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God is with you where ever you go; he will never leave you nor forsake you.
One thing that Mrs. Cortez loves about Salem is the hunger the staff and students have to know Christ. She sees that Salem is helping to raise up a generation who is hungry for the word of God and desires to share that with a hurting world. Salem truly has been a blessing, and she is excited to be a part of all that God has in store as we continue to seek God's will.
Mrs. Cortez enjoys spending time with her family and friends, photography, reading, and game nights. Trying new restaurants and a Mom's night out is also high on her list of likes.
In High School, Mrs. Cortez served on the mission team with her church that frequently traveled to Mexico and served in different churches and orphanages. This changed her life, and she feels that everyone should go on at least one missions trip.
Donna DuBois joined Salem staff in 2011 as the Accounting Manager. Mrs. DuBois has served as volunteer treasurer for the Salem PTL since 2010 and has been a Salem parent since 2002.
In 1978, Mrs. DuBois completed her studies in Animal Science at Fresno State University. She worked for 17 years in the shopping center management industry and received the CSCM designation in 1991.
There are many scripture versus that Mrs. DuBois enjoys. One of her favorite verses is Come and see what God has done, how awesome his works on man’s behalf! (Psalm 66.5). God has blessed us with so many things and does so much for us each and every day!
Mrs. DuBois loves working at Salem where students and families are able to worship and share God every day.
Spending time with family, gardening, horseback riding, and hiking are some of Mrs. DuBois favorite past times. Whenever she gets a chance, you will see her out walking or riding the trails in Orange Park Acres and nearby.
Mrs. DuBois spent six weeks traveling with her family on an outreach program to small villages in Central America and the Yucatan in her early twenties. This was an amazing time to immerse in and share different cultures and lifestyles. Those memories still have impact on her today.
Clyde Mann joined Salem in 2006 as a facilities maintenance worker. The position has become very special to him. He has a special affinity for the teachers at Salem because of his fond memories of his mother, who was a teacher most of her life. He loves the students and their honesty and hope when you get them all together.
Clyde is thankful that Jesus knows more about this life than we do, and He will get us through it. That is our faith! He encourages everyone to dwell on the fact that God lives within us. The realization that God is dwelling within you may change the places you want to go and the things you want to do today and tomorrow.
Zach Southall is Salem's new Director of Worship Arts and has a rich history at Salem. Zach joined Salem's worship team shortly after becoming a member in 2005 and has continued to lead worship for various organizations--most recently serving as Worship Pastor at Stonecreek Christian Church in RSM.

After meeting his wife, Michelle, Zach began a successful career in marketing and business development, working for several firms at an executive level. Zach and Michelle have been married for 16 years and have been blessed with four wonderful children and a passion to share the Gospel.

Christel Woody joined the Salem Staff in 2013. She received her Bachelor's degree from California State University, Long Beach in Liberal Studies in 2006 and her teaching credential from California State University, Fullerton in 2008.

In addition to working in the church office, Christel enjoys serving with Worship Arts and the Prayer Team. Her favorite things about working at Salem are the creative components of her job and having the opportunity to serve all who come to Salem's campus.
